Made in the span of one month... Still not done, but I think i will have to toss this one.
Made the main mesh in Maya 8.0 and exported to ZBrush2.0 to create the displacement and to do my texture. Went back to maya added the displacement and my SSS shader.
I still had work to do in maya that i should have done before exporting it to ZBrush.
